I’m Flavia Caracciolo. Born and raised in Venezuela. Lived and learned my way down the state of Florida, from Gainesville, through Orlando and West Palm Beach. Now rooted in Miami.
I am a creative designer and print producer with a focus on branding and event collateral. Over the past six years, my work has spanned an in-house marketing agency for architecture and interior design, custom cabinetry, and global event production for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. I don't just build the creative files. I collaborate directly with marketing teams to provide creative input, while actively managing the print logistics and project timelines to bring those campaigns to life.
I work directly with clients and vendors to catch technical issues early so nothing falls through the cracks. I’m a natural problem solver.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach, exploring new food spots, and continuing my creative journey through art, design, photography, fashion, and anything that inspires individuality and self expression. Planner at heart and always ready to dive in.
